Rangers have confirmed the arrival of Dujon Sterling from Chelsea. The 23-year-old becomes Michael Beale’s second signing of the summer transfer window as preparations continue ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Zakaria announces Chelsea exit
Denis Zakaria has confirmed that he will not be joining Chelsea permanently this summer after his loan move from Juventus. The 26-year-old only made 13 appearances for the Blues, spending large portions of the season completely frozen out of the side.
“It’s been a tough time but you guys always had my back,” he wrote on Instagram. “Thanks to everyone who’s been supporting me! Let’s focus on beautiful memories.”
Arsenal verbally agree Rice deal
Arsenal are said to have a verbal agreement to take Declan Rice to the Emirates this summer in what could be a £100million transfer. West Ham are resigned to losing their captain while the Gunners were previously described as frontrunners for his signature.
Now, journalist Luke Edwards has stated that there is a verbal agreement to take Rice to north London next season as a potential Granit Xhaka replacement, though the two clubs will still have to iron out a fee.
