All matches scheduled for this weekend will be played between Saturday and Sunday respectively.

The Big Six teams fixtures for matchday 1 are as follows : the reigning English Champions Manchester City will face West Ham United at London Stadium, Liverpool will play against Fulham away from home, Tottenham Hotspur will welcome Southampton at home, Chelsea will play against Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday evening and Manchester United will play host to Brighton at Old Trafford.

Manchester City lost to Liverpool 1-3 in their Community Shield clash on Saturday evening at King Power Stadium.

Trent Alexander-Arnold open scoring for the Reds in the 21st minutes, while Mohamed Salah scored from the spot and Liverpool new signing Darwin Nunez sealed the victory with his stoppage time close range header.

West Ham United played 2-2 draw against Manchester City last season.

Manchester United will host Brighton at. Old Trafford in their Premier League opener.

The Red Devils lost 4-0 to Brighton last season, and it be a difficult game for United.

The Red Devils under Erik Ten Hag won 3 games, draw 2 and lost 1 in their pre-season tour. The Red Devils could lost to Brighton this term.
