How to Prepare Extract from Olive Leaves at Home:

To prepare extract of olive leaves you can use them both fresh and dried.

Take a lot of olive leaves (fresh leaves 100-150) per liter water. If you’re using dried leaves, reduce the amount to one third. Clean the leaves carefully. Leave them in some water with baking soda for several minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Later, put those leaves in the water and boil them. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes more.

After they’re boiled transfer the extract (only the water) in glass bottles and store it in the fridge.

How to use it:

Take one teaspoon of this mixture three times a day with your meal. If the flavor is too strong for you, dilute it with water.
