The Nigerian Police Force, Lagos State Command, made it clear on Friday, 13th of May, 2022, that the news was false and should be disregarded as reported by Sahara Reporters.
The Lagos State command spokesperson in the person of SP Benjamin Hundeyin, revealed this via a statement and he also added that the NPF were intensifying their investigation on the matter.
Recall that on the 10th of May, there was a publication about a lady who allegedly lay with dog died after contracting a deadly disease from the act.
Interestingly, this news report caught the attention of the Lagos State police command and they immediately follow it up.
During the investigation on the news publication, the Lagos State police command got a hold of the author who published the news and asked him where he got the information from.
