In his words, he said, “When my tanker caught fire, I told my conductor to jump out so that I can drive the tanker alone to a safer place”.
He drove the tanker to a river that he feels is a safer place to park the tanker so that no lives will be lost, he did it to the detriment of his own life.
He also said that he’s now like a hero to the people living around him, he’s being celebrated every day by people around him for his heroic action.
