Despite being very close to the relegation zone, Leeds United gave Manchester United a tough time especially in the first half of the match. Manchester United tried to create chances of scoring but just couldn’t get behind Leeds United’s defense.

Leeds United had a bright start in the opening minutes of the first half can’t say the same for Manchester United as they had an awful start.

Manchester United had few chances to talk of in the first half of the match. Bruno Fernandes had the chance to put Manchester United in the lead but failed to grab the opportunity. The first half of the match ended goalless with Manchester United seeing more of the ball possessions.

Down into the second half of the match, Leeds United kept pushing with the same tempo they started with in the first half of the match. They created more chances of scoring but failed to capitalise.

In the final minutes of the match, Manchester United finally took the lead after Marcus Rashford scored a brilliant goal from Luke Shaw’s assist.
