So much has also been said about the quality of the opponents that the Atlas Lions have defeated en route to the semifinals, teams like Spain and Portugal.

However, very little has been asked if they could go past France, who happens to be the reigning champions. Will Morocco progress to the final after they face off with France? No idea. But I am confident of a victory for the French national team. Here is why:

1. France has a strong and talented squad with a mix of experienced players and young stars. Players like Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe to mention a few, have proven themselves at the highest level and could be key to France’s success.

2. France has a history of success in the World Cup. They have won the tournament twice, in 1998 and 2018, and have reached the final on three other occasions. This experience could give them an advantage over Morocco tonight.

3. France is known for their direct attacking style of play, which could make them a formidable threat going forward for Morocco. The pace of their offense and creativity on the ball could cause problems for the opposition’s defense. It could even make the difference and decide the battle tonight.

4. Depth

France has so many players who are capable of making an impact when called upon. This could be important in tonight’s semifinal clash between the World Champions and the African representative.

5. Experience of the Coach

The French team is led by Didier Deschamps, who was a key player on the 1998 World Cup-winning team and also the coach that led the French team to a deserving victory in their last outing in 2018 and has extensive experience at the highest level. His tactical knowledge and ability to motivate his players could be crucial in helping France win tonight and subsequently lift the trophy.
