What does it mean to fart?

Farting and flatulence are both caused by gas coming out of the digestive system. Gas is made when food is broken down, and it has to be passed out of the body. When this happens, the person may feel like he or she has to let out an unpleasant but necessary fart.

1. Healthline says that The average person makes anywhere from 0.6 to 1.8 liters of gas every day. Stay put! Before you make assumptions about people who don’t fart, you should realize that every healthy person should fart every day.

Before eating beans, they should be soaked in water overnight to make it less likely that they will make you fart in an unpleasant way.
