Manzi wa Kibera, real name Sherrifa Wambo, was in Mombasa when she received news that her elderly boyfriend, Mzee Samuel Nzioki Ndunda, had died.
The two last spoke during the Easter holiday as Wambo prepared to leave the city for a shoot out of town. As it would turn out, that was the last they spoke as the next time she saw the 67-year-old, he was lying cold in the morgue.
A teary Wambo broke down after viewing the body and reminisced on the last days leading to Mzee Nzioki’s death.
Wambo added that she sent money to her uncle and directed that the man be taken to the hospital, promising to add more after getting paid. According to the content creator, she had a nightmare the night before the old man died.
She added that she knew something was wrong when she tried taking time alone at the beach but she didn’t enjoy it as before. Wambo praised the deceased man for helping her trend, a move that made many of those who didn’t know her do.
