Defence
Stephen Keshi and Uche Okechukwu were one of Nigeria’s best defenders. As such, they’ll be having a place in this XI.
The duo of Joseph Yobo and Taribo West should complete the quartet.
Midfield
John Obi Mikel and Sunday Oliseh should take their places in the middle of the park alongside the legendary Nwankwo Kanu.
Attack
Nigeria has produced a lot of attacking talents over the years. However, there are only three spots available in this XI.
The duo of Austin Okocha, Emmanuel Amunike and Rashid Yekini should be taking the remaining spots upfront.
