Reports have it that Liverpool’s offer for the player is around £53m plus £7m in variables which takes the total bid for the player to £60m.
Frenkie De Jong have been said to be willing to take a pay cut to join the Premier League club. No agreement yet between the two clubs but it is likely that Barcelona will accept the offer giving the fact that they are yet to register new signing Kounde.

Liverpool have not started personal terms discussion with the player yet but it will be rushed once a deal is struck with Barcelona and with just few days left until the transfer window closes, Liverpool will rush to get this one over the line.
