Trossard has been exceptional for Brighton this season just that he didn’t have a good game tonight. He played until the 69th minute as he dropped a bad performance and was replaced by Denis Undav.
Ivan Toney’s goals in the first half and second half secured the win for Brentford against Brighton tonight which was a heartbreak for the visitors.
However, Trossard had the following numbers before he was replaced tonight: 37 touches, 3 touches, possession lost 12 times, 0 shots on target, and 0 dribbles completed.
This explains why Chelsea should not make the mistake of signing him as he is not a consistent player. Trossard might just end up like the rest of Pulisic and Ziyech at Chelsea.
