Jules Kounde is currently valued around €65m by Sevilla as they look forward to making a huge amount of money from his sale to Barcelona or other clubs that are interested in him.
Chelsea are also in the race for the signature of Jules Kounde and the only way for Barcelona to beat the London side to the deal is by meeting up with the requirements made by Sevilla.
The signing of Robert Lewandowski is also a major priority for Barcelona this summer and despite the slowness in negotiation with Bayern Munich, the Catalans are pretty confident they can reach an agreement with the Bavarians for the Polish International signature.
