The worst part is that some don’t even take time to relax before finally going to bed. Your body needs to be light while sleeping, that is why you should avoid eating swallow and other heavy foods.
2. Alcohol
This is one of the most dangerous ones. Though alcohol can make you fall asleep faster than usual, it dangerous to take it right before going to bed.
This is because alcohol disrupts the sleeping circle, which is bad news for the body.
3. Water Melons And Cucumbers
Fruits in general are good for the body, but they must be taken at the right time. Water Melons and cucumbers contain a high amount of water, therefore it makes it unhealthy to take it before going to the body. It can disrupt sleep and make the body uncomfortable.
4. Soft Drinks
Soft drinks like Coke and other minerals, should not be taken before going to bed. These drinks contain gases, which can be harmful to the system if they are not properly digested.
