However, the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi has won more than half of votes cast in River State’s capital city.
According to the information made available by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the former, Governor of Anambra State, secures 62,45 votes while is closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of PDP, polled 7,203.
However, the front man of the All Progressive Congress, Tinubu, came third in Port Harcourt, as he polled 5,562 votes.
Though there have been lots of concerns about the result of the presidential election in the state, many Nigerians have commended the presidential candidate of the Labour Party for his big win in Port Harcourt city.
