According to a report in WABetaInfo, the feature will enable users to ensure their phone numbers are only visible to community administrators and individuals who have saved their contact information.
Phone number privacy enables users to safeguard their privacy by concealing their phone numbers. To check whether the feature is available on your phone, you update theWhatsApp app from the app store.
You may need to restart the app to activate the changes inthe feature, click settings, and then privacy. Users will subsequently select ‘start checkup’ and strengthen the security of their messages, calls, and personal information.
