La Roja needed victory to finish top of League A Group 2 and grabbed the winner in the 88th minute after keeping their hosts at bay.
The Nations League semi-finals will be played on the 14th and 15th of June 2023.
The final and third-place play-off are scheduled for June 18.
The hosts will be appointed in January 2023; the four sides in Group A4 – Belgium, Poland, Netherlands and Wales – all declared an interest.
