Man United improved their offer and stepped up their offer to £56 million including add ons but Barcelona have rejected that bid once again according to reports from Spanish publication Marca.

Barcelona wants to recoup the £64 million they signed him in 2019 while also getting add ons for the Dutch midfielder. Man United are still £8 million from meeting Barcelona’s valuation for the player.
