Bournemouth have signed Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo from Bristol City for more than £10m on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
The 23-year-old scored 21 goals and provided 22 assists during his time at the Robins, where he came through the academy. He previously had loan spells at Bath City, Newport County and Sunderland.
Caicedo misses Brighton training to force exit
A potentially big development in the Moises Caicedo transfer saga this morning. Caicedo confirmed last night that he wants to leave Brighton in an open letter on his Instagram.
And the midfielder has missed Brighton training this morning as he bids to force through an exit from the south coast club. It comes after Brighton rejected a £60m bid from Arsenal for the 21-year-old on Friday. Chelsea have also had a £55m offer rejected.
Casadei close to joining Reading
Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei is edging closer to joining Championship side Reading on loan for the rest of the season. Casadei signed for Chelsea at the start of the season from Inter Milan but has struggled to establish himself as a first-team player as of yet.
Casadei is yet to appear for Chelsea’s senior squad and it was a similar story at Inter Milan, but he’s now close to joining a new club on loan to gain some valuable experience. According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea midfielder Casadei is close to joining Reading on loan for the rest of the season.
