Wolves have completed the signing of defender Craig Dawson from West Ham for £3.3m. The Englishman joins on a two-and-a-half-year deal and is Wolves’ fourth January signing. Former West Brom centre-back Dawson, who has made 246 Premier League appearances, spent the past two seasons at the Hammers.
Brentford not keen to sell Raya
Brentford manager Thomas Frank has insisted that the Bees have no intention of letting United-linked goalkeeper David Raya leave the club before the January transfer window slams shut. “All my players, I would like to hold onto them forever,” he said. “David is one of the best goalkeepers in the league.
He’s in good form, he has everything a goalkeeper needs to have. “He’s ours for the next one-and-a-half years and the good thing is we have decided not to do anything for one-and-a-half years. They [interested clubs] will need to pay a lot of money.”
