:Paris Saint-Germain will now do whatever they can to sell Kylian Mbappe to the highest bidder, according to Sky Sports News chief reporter Kaveh Solhekol.

There is zero emotion now as far as PSG are concerned. It’s just business now. It’s transactional and they don’t care where he goes. They will happily do business with Real Madrid or anyone else who pays up and they have no issues about dealing with Saudi clubs. They already had multiple expressions of interest before the player was put for sale tonight.

De Zerbi: Caicedo could leave Brighton

Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi has commented on the future of midfielder Moises Caicedo, who is the subject of strong interest from Chelsea.

The Seagulls are understood to have rejected two Chelsea bids for the Ecuador international. De Zerbi reiterated his desire to keep the player on the south coast but revealed plans were being drawn up for life without him.

“We need to wait and see what happens with Caicedo,” he said. “Then we know what we need to do. I’ve not spoken with him yet, but of course I’d like him to stay.

“If he does leave, we need to buy another great player with the same characteristics and qualities. They are difficult to find. He’s here, he’s trained three days. But he needs time to condition. Right now, there is a possibility he can leave this window.

“What’s he worth? It’s not my job to say. But very difficult to replace. I have no doubt he will cope if he stays. He’s a great guy. But the market isn’t closed so we must wait. He won’t play against Chelsea tomorrow – he’s not ready yet.”

Aberdeen sign full-back Dadia on loan
