Since moving to North London from Real Madrid in 2020, Reguilon has had a largely inconsistent experience playing.

The 25-year-old played 31 times for Spurs last season (Transfermarkt), but Antonio Conte frequently moved him about the starting lineup.

Reguilon’s place in the side has come under further threat following the arrival of Ivan Perisic, who joins Ryan Sessegnon and Matt Doherty who are all capable of playing at left wing-back.
