It’s a little different in every home, but there are bathroom products that virtually everyone uses. We usually keep them on hand, which is very convenient, but not always appropriate.

First of all, it is worth getting rid of all expired and damaged products. The cream you opened over a year ago is no longer suitable for use. The same applies to lipsticks and mascaras. Let us also remember that all types of sponges, brushes and washcloths do not last forever. Over time, they become a breeding ground for bacteria. It is important to always rinse and squeeze them thoroughly after use, and then place them in a dry and ventilated place (so not on a bathtub or sink).

However, even then it is worth replacing them with new ones from time to time. The brush or sponge that you have been using for a year should have ended up in the trash a long time ago.
