Barcelona were opened to selling Ousmane Dembele during the January Transfer window to deny the Frenchman a chance of leaving in the summer as a free agent but they couldn’t get any buyer on time.
While Ousmane Dembele is now available to leave Camp Nou freely, Barcelona want to sign him but they are facing a big rivalry from Chelsea who have been linked with Dembele since January and wishes to get him for Thomas Tuchel.
Ousmane Dembele is expected to choose between Barcelona and Chelsea but, he’s likely going to follow the money as an increment in wages is his major demand before signing for any club.
2. Jules Kounde
For the French Defender, Chelsea has been after him since last summer. After Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger left, he became the main target for the position of the Central-back in Thomas Tuchel’s Squad until Barcelona also expressed their interest in him.
3. Raphinha
Arsenal and Barcelona were the firsts to enter the race for Raphinha before Chelsea reached an agreement that surpassed Barcelona and Arsenal’s offer with Leeds United.
Despite Chelsea’s offer, Raphinha’s agent is meeting with Barcelona to explore options about how Raphinha can possibly join Barcelona because that’s where he wants to go.
