After Lukaku’s disastrous performance in Chelsea last season, inter Milan has paid Chelsea 8 million Euros to sign him on loan basis. The second player in the list is Neymar Junior. Despite sealing just two transfer move, the Brazilian forward’s combined transfer fee is over 300 million Euros.
