However, these 3 players are not the only players that might leave the club this summer; rather, other players might leave the club this summer based on certain predictions.
The contract of some players in the club will be expiring this summer, and thus, they will either sign a new contract with the club or join a new club. Thus, we will be looking at a “team” of players who might leave the club this summer.
Below are the players, and their respective market values:
Manchester United’s second goalkeeper, Henderson, could leave the club this summer and might be signed by Newcastle according to the recent transfer rumors. His current market value is €18 million.
Likewise, four (4) defenders might leave the club, and they are Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Phil Jones, and Williams. Their market values are €30 million, €8 million, €4 million, and €10 million respectively. Based on the recent transfer rumors, Crystal Palace is interested in signing Wan-Bissaka, and as such, he might be signed by the club in the next transfer summer.
However, there is no news about the other 3 defenders, that is, no club has shown interest in them, and neither have they mentioned joining another club.
3 midfielders; Jesse Lingard, Paul Pogba, and Juan Mata have left the club already, and it is confirmed. However, there’s no information about the club they will be joining yet.
Including these three midfielders, Nemanja Matic might also leave the club this summer as AS Roma has shown interest in him.
Lastly, two forward players that might leave the club this summer are Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial. Martial hasn’t been active in the club lately, and as such, he might end up leaving the club to join another club where he will be active.
Cavani and Martial’s current market values are €4 million and €16 million respectively.
The majority of these players are barely part of Manchester United’s main lineup, and thus, this means that the club has a better replacement for them. Thus, they might conclude to leave the club this summer.
