What Are The Foods That May Worsen Stomach Ulcer?

1. Avoid consuming chocolates. As fancy and delicious as they may seem, consuming chocolates as someone suffering from stomach ulcer is not healthy. This is due to the fact that chocolates contain caffeine which may worsen the wound.

2. Spicy foods or foods that contain much pepper should also be avoided.
