Graham Potter lacks this skill and should learn it because it sometimes helps a team in losing positions make comebacks or win games.
2, Making Game-Changing Substitutions.
Graham Potter has been very poor in this aspect for Chelsea this season. The English Manager often makes wrong substitutions which end up affecting the team’s performance even more in matches.
