Heartbreaking tributes have continued to pour in for the 11 Kenyatta University students who died in a tragic road accident in the Maungu area in Taita Taveta county along the Nairobi-Mombasa area.
They were public health students who were on an academic trip to Mombasa. A lady, Lyne, mourned the loss of her beloved boyfriend, Mike, with whom she had eagerly anticipated a reunion after nearly a month of being apart.
Lyne’s TikTok account bore witness to their affectionate exchanges, revealing the depth of their connection. They had painstakingly planned their meeting to last nearly a day before tragedy struck.
