Ronaldo was linked with a move to some clubs this summer but they all turned down the chance to sign the 37 year old striker.

Chelsea were among the clubs who were interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo but they later ruled out a move for the 37 year old forward. It was claimed that Thomas Tuchel was against the idea of signing Ronaldo at the time. However, Chelsea may resume their interest in the 37 year old forward.

Ronaldo now remains a possible option for Chelsea before the summer transfer window closes. He netted 24 goals and registered three assists in 38 matches for Manchester United last season. Even though he’s currently 37 year old, he’s one of the best strikers in the world.

Ronaldo’s agent is reportedly pushing for a potential transfer to Chelsea and it remains to be seen whether Tuchel will welcome the idea of signing Ronaldo having rejected the chance to sign the player earlier this summer.
