Addressing newsmen in Iragbiji on behalf of Iragbiji Youth Development Association, Dr. Jimoh Olorede, said those put in the facility were not known to the community.
He also said that the purpose the building was meant to serve would be defeated if the current occupants were allowed to stay.
According to him, Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdulrosheed Olabomi had spoken to government representatives on the issue, where it was resolved that those in the building would vacate the premises.
“We’re aware that recently, His Royal Majesty, the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur- Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi Odundun IV reacted to the undermining disposition of the state government whose machinery just brought unknown agents to the Community and suddenly turned the Centre into a campground.
“The state government, as represented by the Deputy Governor, did well by visiting His Majesty. Aragbiji, upon his reaction.
However, reneging on the promise to evacuate the building within seven days is worrisome and makes us wary of possible untoward missions.
