Newcastle United started the game well yesterday as Joelinton’s strike gave them the lead. The midfielder scored from Lewis Miley’s assist.
AC Milan was terrible in that half until the second half as Christian Pulisic scored the equalizer before Chukwueze scored the winner to knock Newcastle United out of the Champions League and send AC Milan to the Europa League.
It was a beautiful goal from the Nigerian who didn’t spend much after coming on before showing his class. However, this shows why Stefano Pioli should stop using him as a backup plan. Chukwueze needs to be starting games and given more playing time, for AC Milan’s success in the long run.
