The county boss has been battling in court with people, who have referred to him as a man who did not complete university.

Sources now claim that the governor took a back seat after Inferno razed more crucial documents at his office.

” The governor has said that his certifcate was among other crucial documents that were razed down at city hall after protesters burned his office on tuesday,” said city hall source who maintained to remain anonymous.

Videos emerged showing Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja’s office at City Hall in flames, just moments after a section of Parliament caught fire.

Several social media videos show police attempting to extinguish the fire with water cannons.

Tuesday’s pandemonium began when a group of tax-opposing protestors broke into the Kenyan Parliament, just after MPs had approved President Ruto’s hotly debated Finance Bill 2024.

The young people overpowered the anti-protest police, who then started looking for further help to get into the Parliament buildings.

Witnesses reported that police opened fire on the demonstrators, killing at least one person and injuring several more.

“Police have shot four protesters, killing one,” the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) tweeted. We are vehemently against the police killing. Such behaviour is intolerable and a serious human rights violation. Accountability and justice are essential. We’ll work hard to demand police accountability.
