The heartbroken mother of the young boy who died in school under unclear circumstances has spoken. Stella Nyawira, the mother to Wesley Njiru, the deceased who passed away on Saturday, March 9, could not hold back her tears as she spoke about the heartbreaking experience.
The 13-year-old boy mysteriously died in his boarding school, Joy Gardens Primary Tena-Umoja in Nairobi. An emotional Nyawira shared that she was not told the news about her teenage son when she arrived at the school.
The family of the deceased have refused to agree with the narrative of the school that their son fell from the seventh floor of the school building to the first floor.
The family suspects foul play as they wait for more information from the police. The boy’s body was taken to Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital.
