So, it is completely true that, men can occasionally get trapped in a woman during lovemaking and this condition is called, captivus.
The few cases of captivus that people have experienced in Nigeria, usually happens when, a woman is cheating on her spouse which leads people to superstitiously believe that, the man got trapped in the woman so that, she will get caught for her adultery.
There is no clear statistics that shows how often people experience this mostly because, some people who experience it do not report it. Especially if it resolves itself without medical help. So, the big question is, why does this happen and how can it be solved.
Why Men Get Stuck Inside Women During Intercourse
This problem is primarily caused by something called, vaginismus a condition in which, a woman’s vaginal muscles gets too strong because of an, unusual contraction. When this happens, the woman’s muscles will close her up which will then make it impossible for the man to pull out.
Before intercourse, a man’s manhood fills up with blood which makes it to increase in size. If the woman’s muscles contracts too much during climax, and the man gets bigger captivus will occur which will trap the mam inside the woman.
How To Solve This Issue
When a man gets stuck inside a woman, it is natural for people to get scared and panic. But panic will only make the woman’s muscles to contract more which will only worsen the situation. If a couple find themselves in this situation, all they have to do is, to stay still and calm.
Staying relaxed will help the woman’s muscles to relax itself which will allow the man to break free from the woman. If staying calm does not work, then call for help.
Also, make sure you visit your doctor so that, he or, she will help you figure out what is causing this problem and how to solve it permanently.
