Coupled with that, Manchester United have already won their first trophy under manager Erik ten Hag after defeating Newcastle United to win the Carabao cup trophy last month.
But now, Manchester United football club are looking forward to more signings and have been linked with a transfer move for highly-rated Anderlecht goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen.
The 20-year-old Netherlands International, who signed up for Anderlecht after departing NAC Breda back in 2020 has been an important member of the first-team squad.
The young shot-stopper has been hugely involved for Anderlecht so far this ongoing 2022/2023 football season having made 31 appearances in all competitions.
His excellent performances in between the sticks is believed to have caught the attention of a number of clubs and according to reports from The Sun, Manchester United are now in the race.
The reports further claimed that Manchester United football club are really interested in Bart Verbruggen and have now added the highly-rated goalkeeper to their summer transfer list.
It is believed that Manchester United board are on the lookout for a long-term replacement for veteran David de Gea and have now identified Bart Verbruggen as a needed addition to their squad.
But then, it remains to be seen if the young Bart Verbruggen will choose to continue his developments at Anderlecht or he will be interested in a move to join Manchester United next summer.
