He believes that it is one of the few churches that is led by holy men of God and considers his preacher Pastor and Prophet Paul Mackenzie Ngethe to be the holy man sent by God to initiate and help them in following steps that would see them meet with God face to face.
All my husband says is “Kila mtu ataubeba mzigo wake yeye mwenyewe” this is after him trying to convince me and the kids to join him and fellowship together.
I noted a weird behavior since he never eats at home neither does he go to work. He visits Shakahola forest everyday with his bible to pray saying that food and money are earthly things that only hinders one from connecting with God.
I was full of worries since he is weak, his health has deteriorated and he looks exactly like a scare scrawl. Whenever I force him to eat he would yell and condemn me telling me that he was under a holy fast where after successful completion of it he would die and meet with God face to face.
I couldn’t allow such stupidity since we had three kids who needed their father’s presence and support for their upbringing.
