In his speech at the event, Kwankwaso commended Ambassador Emmanuelle Blatmann for her service to the people of Nigeria, noting that she had been a great ambassador for her country and for fostering closer ties between Nigeria and France. He also praised her efforts to promote cultural exchange and cooperation between the two countries.

According to his statement recently, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso wrote; “I wish to also congratulate her on her promotion to the position of Director in charge of Africa and the Indian Ocean, in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs”.

Moreover, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso also used the opportunity to express his hope for continued cooperation and friendship between the two countries.
