In his speech at the event, Kwankwaso commended Ambassador Emmanuelle Blatmann for her service to the people of Nigeria, noting that she had been a great ambassador for her country and for fostering closer ties between Nigeria and France. He also praised her efforts to promote cultural exchange and cooperation between the two countries.
According to his statement recently, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso wrote; “I wish to also congratulate her on her promotion to the position of Director in charge of Africa and the Indian Ocean, in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs”.
Moreover, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso also used the opportunity to express his hope for continued cooperation and friendship between the two countries.
During the event, Ambassador Emmanuelle Blatmann expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve as the French Ambassador to Nigeria, and for the warm welcome she had received during her time in the country.
