However according to Sunsport report that no sporting event is expected to take place during the Queen’s funeral parade and service. Expected to take place on Monday 19 September as per Sunsport report.
As million of people are expected to descend to London on the Sunday thus making it difficult and huge drain on metropolitan police resources to pay tribute to The Queen.
This could mean fears are that Chelsea against Liverpool could be moved to another venue or even postponed as West London side may find it difficult to play in the capital on 18th September.
