Speaking during a sermon, the cleric said if Tinubu does not axe Wike, they will not be on the same page.
“The minister of the FCT is a devilish man. When he was appointed, I told you he was devilish, and some people were grumbling,” Gumi said.
“He went and brought the Israeli ambassador. Someone sent it to me, but I am yet to see it and confirm.

“But what is confirmed is he (Wike) said he will collaborate with the Israelis to improve Abuja’s security. Therefore, Abuja will now be like Tel Aviv where when they see anyone with a beard like us, they will say it is Bin Laden and kill him.”
Gumi also described those who worked for the success of the Muslim-Muslim ticket as “hypocrites”.
“Where are those that worked for the success of Muslim-Muslim ticket? Hypocrites and worthless people,” he said.

“Muslims are the heads of the ministry of defence. But those holding the guns and shooting, are we the ones? We are not the ones; they are just playing us.
“There is an agenda. All the means of making money and economic power have been hijacked by them, they want to keep doing it for the next four or eight years, but they will not Insha Allah.
“If Israelis enter this country, there will be a clandestine operation against any outspoken Islamic cleric; we have seen the signs in the past. Why was Sheikh Jaafar killed? May his soul rest in peace. Why did they kill Sheikh Albany?
“You can see how they are killing clerics. There is a list, and we have known this for a long time.

“Why am I moving around with the police? Did you not see me with police during Buhari’s government despite not being in good terms with them? It is because of this threat that we applied for police protection, and they gave us.
“Even if the president does not like me, he has to give me police protection or else he will be held responsible for my life.
