Both teams have had a very contrasting start to the new Premier League season, with Manchester City currently third while Chelsea is in the bottom half of the Premier League table, but their fixture list in the coming months looks similar.
Manchester City begins their tough run by welcoming 6th-place Brighton to the Etihad Stadium this weekend before travelling to play rival Manchester United on the 29th of October.
They continue their tough run with Premier League games against Bournemouth and Chelsea on the 4th and 12th of November, respectively, before ending it by welcoming Liverpool to the Etihad on the 25th and playing Tottenham on the 2nd of December.
Chelsea, on the other hand, will begin their tough run this weekend with a home game against Arsenal before welcoming Brentford to Stamford Bridge on the 28th of October.
The Blues will then travel to face Tottenham on the 6th of November before welcoming Manchester City to Stamford Bridge on the 12th and ending the month with an away game against Newcastle United on the 25th.
