One of the foods that you need to stay away from is fried and fatty foods. These foods are high in saturated fats and other ingredients that are unhealthy to the heart. The fats can make the arteries and veins thinner, this in turn can lead to high blood pressure putting you in danger. Diabetes can also arise as complication if the ingredients used in these foods are not used sparingly.
