Sugar, on the other hand, can be harmful to the body if consumed in excess. Do you believe you’re consuming too much sugar? Here are some indicators that it’s time to give up the sweet stuff.

1. Poor skin health

Sugar may be to blame for the skin problems you’re having. If you consume too much sugar, the most common skin condition you may develop is acne.
