And if reports are anything to go by, then young Manchester United forward Anthony Elanga could be on his way out of the club before the end of the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old Sweden International, who gained promotion to the Manchester United first-team squad back in 2022 has struggled to hit the ground running under manager Erik ten Hag.
The young winger has been quite involved for Manchester United so far this 2022/2023 season, scoring one goal and creating one assist in 23 appearances in all competitions.
His performances on the wings is believed to have attracted Everton and according to reports from Daily Mail, the Premier League side are willing to sign him on loan this month.
The reports further claimed that Everton football club are really interested in Anthony Elanga and are now closing in on a deal to bring him to the club on a six-month loan.
It is believed that Everton manager Frank Lampard wants to add more firepower to his attacking options and he has now identified Anthony Elanga as a needed addition to his squad.
If the loan deal gets approved, Anthony Elanga will now aim towards joining up with Everton football club with the aim to help his new side achieve their goals for the rest of this season.
