Donald Trump has used his campaign to re-enter the White House once again as a chance to shred President Joe Biden, 81, for his health and mental capacity....CONTINUE READING

Biden’s annual physical last month saw him ruled “fit for duty” but this hasn’t stopped Trump, who is 77 himself, from continuing to attack the president’s age and question his ability to lead.

But recently it was Trump’s behaviour that sparked health concerns as a video began circulating of him allegedly
“dragging” his right leg as he gripped onto a handrail.

The former president has become synonymous with wild claims about physical health as well as other slightly unhinged health theories and has consistently boasted a variety of strengths in trying to get elected and garner support.

Trump has seemed to struggle recently with memory and body

Trump has often boasted about his physical strength and stamina, claiming to be in excellent health despite his age. He has stated that he would be the “healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency,” in a note he dictated in 2018.

Just before that note was released, he tweeted “As a presidential candidate, I have instructed my long-time doctor to issue, within two weeks, a full medical report – it will show perfection.”

Despite countless rambling rants leaving many confused, including when he got his wife Melania’s name wrong and called Nikki Haley Nancy Pelosi, Trump has frequently touted his mental acuity. He was even caught asserting that he is a “stable genius,” and insisted he has a seriously high IQ.

This claim has been met with scepticism from critics and mental health professionals. He also previously claimed he was a genius for noticing that ‘us’ and ‘U.S’ were spelt the same.

The pandemic became a particularly bumpy time when it came to Trump making some interesting health claims. Despite contracting the virus, Trump made several controversial claims about the virus and his own health.

He initially downplayed the severity of the pandemic and claimed that it would disappear “like a miracle.” He also suggested that certain unproven treatments, such as hydroxychloroquine, could be effective against the virus.

Trump himself tested positive for COVID-19 in October 2020 and received treatment at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He claimed to have recovered quickly and downplayed the seriousness of his illness while keeping the country under relatively light protective measures. More than a million people died from Covid-related causes in the US.

Trump has been known to frequently make bold comments about his weight and physical appearance, often tinging them with arrogance. He has claimed to be in better shape than people much younger than himself and has boasted about his physical attractiveness.

Bigging up his own body and physical prowess, he once claimed that he could beat President Joe Biden in a fight. He has also stated in the past that his White House doctor had seen “every inch of my body – he thinks it’s a beautiful sight.”

Trump does enjoy golf

A huge fan of a well-done steak and tomato ketchup, Trump has made various statements about his exercise and eating habits. The former president recently claimed that he would live to age 200 if he did not eat so much junk food.

While he has claimed to exercise regularly, reports from insiders and leaked schedules have suggested otherwise, showing he enjoys little more than a round of golf as far as exercise goes…CONTINUE READING>>
