The reports further claimed that Chelsea football club are prepared to offload experienced left-back Marcos Alonso and have now identified Alejandro Balde as a suitable replacement.
It is believed that Marcos Alonso is into the final year of his current contract with Chelsea and he could be on his way out of the club before the summer transfer window closes.
Chelsea are very much aware and are planning to move swiftly by approaching Barcelona football club to sign highly-rated left-back Alejandro Balde this summer.
But then it remains to be seen if the young Alejandro Balde will choose to continue his developments at Barcelona or he will be interested in a move to join Chelsea football club.
