1. Oatmeal

If you look up how to make protein shakes, oatmeal is always an ingredient and this is mainly because it really helps to increase your muscle mass and it contains micro nutrients that grow your butt very fast. So if you’re trying to grow your butt, abs you want or to work within some weeks make sure to incorporate a lot of oatmeal into your diet

Steak contains a very large amount of protein and if you’re trying to grow your butt, you need a lot of as well as protein. So get yourself some steak and get yourself some more! It’s very helpful.

It isn’t a source of protein but it also contains a lot of fat, vitamins, potassium, fibre and a lot of other nutrients that will help build mass for your bum. It also reduces cholesterol. A lot of people don’t like the avocados, but it’s really very helpful if you want your glutes grown.

6. Milk

This is also a very important part of protein shakes because it contains a lot of protein. With just a cup of milk, you can gain about 9 grams of protein and it’s a great post-workout drink because it contains enough nutrients for tissue repair, hence, growing your glutes.

7. Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds contain a lot of protein, fatty acids and dietary fibre necessary for growth. You can add a tablespoon to your oatmeal or protein shake just to increase your nutrient intake and this will go a long way to grow your glutes.
