Bronze, 30, will compete for England in the European Championships this summer before joining her new Barcelona teammates.
Last season, Barcelona Women won all 30 of their league games as well as all of their cup fixtures in the Copa de la Reina and Supercopa de Espana.
Last season, they scored 159 goals in the league while conceding only 11. The defender Lucy Bronze has signed for Barcelona a two-year deal.
