The president of CRRAN argued against the notion of continually asking the masses to sacrifice while those in power appear to enjoy economic privileges without making corresponding sacrifices.

While highlighting the need for sacrifices to come from the top echelons of government, including the executive, legislature, and judiciary, Omotayo criticized what he perceived as an imbalance in economic policies.

He stressed that an equitable distribution of sacrifices should be a priority, indicating a belief that the ruling party and government officials should not exclusively benefit from economic opportunities.

Hear him: “If the government says it is 422 persons, it is still on the high side. Why is the government sponsoring 422 persons to Dubai when average Nigerian cannot afford three (3) square meal?.

The per capita income is going down everyday. We are now running an elitist government. It is not proper this time in the country.”
