You can’t tell what an author should write in an “autobiography”, that is not good, whatever is disagreed upon in the book can be presented and the author should duly respond if need be. Much shallow friendship will be broken, those that have claimed to be something especially as regards the APC coalition are now known not to be that significant. The book is like a bomb that has explained many things that were speculated in the past have finally been unveiled by Baba Akande.
With the revelations, many camps are humbled. It is expected when elder put their pen on paper to write autobiographies. The book has talked about the controversies surrounding the death of Chief Bola Ige. It also talked about the relationship between Tinubu and Buhari and how Buhari rejected a Muslim/Muslim ticket in 2015. The book also talked about how Atiku went to Tinubu to seek financial help and so on.
The truth is that the book is a political master class meant to achieve two things: to put pressure on PMB to endorse Bola Tinubu to show that he doesn’t hate him and is the man of his words, and secondly to show Nigerians that Tinubu has been in politics for long. The extract is just meant to curry emotions for the Jagaban.
Although many Nigerians have saluted the courage of Chief Bisi Akande to make all these revelations without fearing the people’s concern. Truth is bitter and we are now seeing the causes of the problems the country is facing because of selfishness, nepotism, and not having the masses’ interest at heart because of regional competition among politicians.
